Transit times depend on distance. Local routes (under 300 miles) ship in 1–2 days, regional 2–4 days, and cross-country 7–10 days. We confirm a specific window once a carrier is dispatched, usually within 24 hours of booking.
Yes. Every shipment is covered by carrier cargo insurance up to $250,000. For exotic and luxury vehicles, we book through specialized enclosed-transport partners with up to $1M in coverage at no extra charge.

Open transport uses standard 7–9 car carriers — the cheapest, fastest option, used by 95% of dealers. Enclosed transport ships your car in a covered trailer, protecting from weather and road debris. We recommend enclosed for vehicles over $40,000 or with custom paint.
An adult (18+) must be present at both ends to inspect and sign. We can coordinate with a friend, family member, or seller's representative if you're unable to be there.
We work around it. If the carrier can't safely access your street, we coordinate a nearby meet-up point at no extra cost — typically a parking lot within a few miles. You'll know in advance.
